About.
Franki Cooper is a Boston-based singer-songwriter, educator, and performer with a Bachelors of Music in Songwriting from Berklee College of Music. She also completed a minor in Musical Theater Writing. Franki blends narrative-driven lyricism with theatrical flair, creating music that is as emotional and vulnerable.
Throughout her time at Berklee, Franki has built a lively performance career, both as a solo artist and as the frontwoman of her band, Franki and the Fable. Her music has taken her to stages including Club Passim, The Lilypad, and The Loft at Berklee. In her junior year, she released her debut EP, Full of It, a bold and introspective collection that showcases her distinct voice as both a songwriter and storyteller.
An advocate for representation and empowerment in the arts, Franki organized Berklee’s Lilith Fair: A Celebration of Women in Music. This show was a tribute to female-identifying artists and an opportunity to spotlight diverse musical voices in the Berklee community. She has also been a featured member of two of Berklee’s elite and exclusive vocal ensembles—Chord Achoired and Crepusculum Choir—performing at notable Boston venues such as the Marriott Custom House.
Whether Franki is on stage, in the studio, or behind the scenes, Franki brings creativity, professionalism, and a strong sense of purpose to every project. She’s building a career rooted in authenticity, community, and storytelling.
